Your software freedoms
Your payment status does not restrict your GPL rights. You may install the software on any number of websites, inspect and modify its source code, and copy or redistribute it in accordance with the GPLv2+ license.
No purchase, subscription, activation key, domain registration, or service plan is required to exercise those rights.
What payments cover
Payments to Iris AI purchase access to an external, metered AI service, including AI API tokens or credits, hosted model requests, indexing, embeddings, and related service usage. Payments do not purchase or license the WordPress theme or plugin software.
Service limits, token balances, account requirements, and supported domains apply only to the hosted AI service. They do not limit your right to install, modify, or redistribute the GPL-licensed software.
Optional plugins and AI service
Vamika works as a WordPress theme without Iris AI or Iris Theme Kit. Both plugins are optional. Iris Theme Kit adds optional page-building features, while Iris AI adds optional AI features.
AI-powered features require an external AI service. You can use the paid Iris AI token service where supported, or a supported third-party API key where that option is available. Installing the GPL software alone does not include paid API usage.
